A new school, and new beginnings. The brand new Doddridge County High School had its Dedication Ceremony and Open House Saturday afternoon and school officials couldn't be more excited.
Saturday afternoon folks got to see the brand new Doddridge County High School.
A new school, and new beginnings. The brand new Doddridge County High School had its Dedication Ceremony and Open House Saturday afternoon and school officials couldn't be more excited.
The $17 million school has been in planning since 2002. Hundreds of folks gathered at the school to take a glimpse at it. And the majority of folks were in awe at what they saw.
The school which not only has a 400 seat auditorium, a large and spacious gymnasium; but state of the art technology. Even the students can't wait to start learning in their new home.
But they'll have to wait a little bit longer to get inside. Teachers will begin to move in their materials this week and the students will be taking their seats by Friday.
And everyone will never forget their first impressions of walking through those front doors for the first time.
